Stator Vulcanization Systems

The FS Maschinenbau Stator Vulcanization Systems are state-of-the-art, fully automated vulcanization baths designed for stator rubber lining. Using a special glycol fluid with a unique temperature control system, these baths deliver faster and more homogeneous heating than conventional systems, resulting in consistently higher-quality vulcanization. Controlled by Siemens S7 PLC with electric heating and a modular design, the systems can be adapted to various production volumes and stator sizes.
