Rotor Milling Center

The RMC1000 rotor milling center represents the latest generation of rotor milling machines in the industry. It is a fully enclosed, turnkey CNC rotor milling center equipped with four independent steady rests for the most accurate and efficient milling of multilobe rotors.

At FS, we designed our RMC1000 to prioritize reliability, accuracy, speed, and ease of use. The machine base is solidly welded and includes four high-precision hardened guideways for the main milling-tower, tailstock, and steady rest slides. All slides are welded steel constructions with milled surfaces, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy.
